BPC Triathlon Training
More and more of you are getting signed up for endurance tri training with Brodie Park. Programming starts Oct. 19, and sample workouts are Wednesday, Oct 7 at 5:30am, Thursday Oct. 8 at 6 p.m. and Friday Oct. 9 at 5:30 a.m. More info coming on BPC website.

New Saturday Indoor Classes
Saturdays at 9:00 AM are now a WOD, just like your regular weekday workouts. That doesn’t mean you can’t bring non-members though, everyone is welcome! We’ll scale the workout for anyone who hasn’t been through elements. Come get your Saturday morning workout.

Get Ready for School with CrossFit Teens
We offer CrossFit Teens classes every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 PM. These classes are tailored to focus on mechanics for functional and athletic movements, skill development, and overall strength, balance, and coordination. All areas that are fundamental for excellence in sports performance. We’ve got room for a few more athletes in this class so email firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
